The BPF-200 Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine is purpose-built for continuous aluminum foil induction sealing in industrial production environments. The BPF-200 delivers precise container sealing by leveraging electromagnetic induction heating for aluminum foil-lidded packaging.
During operation, containers pass steadily under the induction sealing head. High-frequency electromagnetic fields generated by premium induction coils rapidly heat the aluminum foil liner, activating the sealing layer to bond firmly with the container opening and form a hermetic seal.
Thanks to non-contact induction heating, the sealing head never touches the foil surface. This innovative working principle enables clean, hygienic, and uninterrupted continuous sealing for mass production lines.
The BPF-200 features stepless adjustable output power with a maximum of 2.5 kW, allowing operators to fine-tune heating intensity to match different foil materials, container types, and sealing requirements.
It adopts stable 60–80 kHz sine-wave output, delivering consistent high-frequency energy to eliminate uneven sealing, weak bonding, and leak-prone issues.
