The BPL-200 Automatic Bottle Unscrambler is designed to automatically feed, orient and collect empty bottles before downstream filling and packaging processes. Bulk-loaded bottles are transferred from the material hopper into the unscrambling section, where they are arranged for orderly output.
The machine integrates quantitative bottle feeding, bottle unscrambling, reversed-bottle re-sorting, bottle collection and photoelectric detection into one system. This reduces the need for manual bottle handling and provides a continuous, organized supply of bottles for the next production stage.
The BPL-200 features a SUS304 stainless-steel machine body and material hopper, together with a fully sealed structure designed to meet GMP requirements.
Empty bottles are loaded in bulk into the material hopper. The automatic quantitative feeding turntable transfers bottles into the unscrambling section at a controlled rate.
As bottles move through the machine, they are arranged into the required orientation for output. When an upside-down bottle reaches the outlet section, the air-blow rejection device sends it back to the unscrambling zone for re-sorting.
Properly oriented bottles are then collected at the outlet and transferred to the following production process.
This arrangement allows basic bottle feeding and orientation to be handled automatically as part of the production line.
The large-capacity material hopper holds bulk-loaded bottles, while the automatic quantitative feeding turntable transfers bottles into the unscrambling section.
The feeding process helps maintain a dynamic balance between the number of bottles entering the unscrambling tray and the number being processed.
Bottles that reach the outlet in the wrong orientation are detected during the sorting process and returned to the unscrambling zone by the air-blow rejection device.
This helps prevent incorrectly oriented bottles from being delivered to the next production stage.
A photoelectric sensor monitors bottle availability during operation. When the bottle supply becomes insufficient, the machine can automatically start feeding bottles as required.
If a bottle jam occurs, the sorting motor automatically stops to help protect the sorting process.
The BPL-200 is equipped with a Chinese-English interface touchscreen and a PLC microcomputer control system.
Operators can use the touchscreen to access:
The control interface provides access to the main operating settings and production information.
The machine body and material hopper are manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel.
The stainless-steel construction provides a smooth surface that is convenient for cleaning and offers corrosion resistance. The fully sealed structure is designed to reduce the risk of external contamination during production.
The BPL-200 complies with GMP requirements, making its construction suitable for production environments where equipment cleanliness is important.
The BPL-200 is designed to handle bottles within the following size range:
Actual production capacity depends on the packaging materials being handled. Bottle dimensions and required production speed should be confirmed when evaluating equipment suitability.

The BPL-200 is installed at the bottle-feeding stage before subsequent filling and packaging operations.
After bottles are unscrambled and collected, they can be transferred to the next process according to the customer's production-line arrangement.
A typical production line may include:
The downstream equipment can vary according to the product and packaging process.
The BPL-200 automates the repetitive task of feeding and organizing empty bottles before the next production stage. Bulk-loaded bottles are automatically fed, unscrambled, re-sorted when reversed and collected for downstream processing.
With quantitative feeding, bottle detection, automatic jam response and touchscreen PLC control integrated into one machine, the BPL-200 provides a practical solution for organized bottle handling in automated production lines.
For equipment selection, customers should primarily confirm bottle dimensions, required production capacity and production-line requirements to ensure compatibility with the application.
The BPL-200 is designed for bottles with a diameter of 20–80 mm and a height of 35–160 mm.
The maximum capacity is up to 200 bottles/min, depending on the packaging materials being handled.
The machine requires 220V, 50/60Hz, single-phase power, with a total power of 1 kW.
Yes. The specified air pressure is 0.5 MPa, with air consumption of 2 L/min.
